Educational Management

The mission of the MA Programe is to ensure the necessary competences for the training of school managers and from other sectors that are involved in the training of the human resources.
The relevance of the MA Programe in Educational Sciences is provided by the direct connection with the present and future requirements of educational management through theoretical and methodological approaches brought up to date, with a focus on strategic and quality management.
The MA Programe in Educational Sciences is designed in ECTS credits system by specifying the relationship between collective activities (involving the presence of the student in the classroom) and self/independent learning.
Completion of studies - developing and providing dissertation - has the character of an evaluation synthesis, which requires graduates to put into action the knowledge and skills acquired during the program.
At the end of Educational Management study program, the graduates will acquire skills in activities such as general management, curriculum management, quality management, human resources management, project management, etc.
