Proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014 – 2020
The BA programme Robotics is oriented towards robotics control and programming, and robot integration in practical applications, not only industrial ones. The first two years of study are mostly common with the programme of Automation and Applied Informatics and respectively Mechatronics. After a number of fundamental engineering disciplines (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Aided Drawing, Programming), the curriculum includes a number of disciplines defining the domain (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Control Systems, Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, Sensors, Computer Architecture, Computer Aided Design, Artificial Intelligence, Programmable Logic Controllers, Robotics, Mechatronics, Smart Materials), and respectively disciplines specific for this programme (Robot Vision, Mobile Robots, Robotics Applications, Virtual Reality, Programming Language for Robotics). The curriculum includes courses, seminars, laboratories, projects and practical activities. The students have the opportunity to use well equipped laboratories. The Robotics diploma holders have the opportunity to continue the studies in the same domain and to obtain both master and doctoral diploma in the same faculty.
