The education and scientific research mission of the master degree programme Food Control and Expertise refers to the professional objectives, correlating with the elements included in the European Qualifications Framework. The consumers’ rights to foods of higher quality, which does not endanger the human health, and also the consumers’ protection against the unfair commercial practices is of concern to governments around the world. 

In this context, the master programme supports the training of the specialists who will work within different area of the food industry, respectively within the organisms of quality and innocuity control of foods, with the related legislation, with modern techniques of analysis and control, with quality management strategies, the final goal being the consumers’ health and wellbeing.
