As the exclusive German-speaking program in communication studies within Romania, our department draws students nationally, establishing its foundation in 2003. This program distinguishes itself through small-group instruction under close, competent supervision, and boasts an international orientation. The bachelor's curriculum is enriched by professors from both local institutions and esteemed lecturers from Germany and Austria, with scholarships available for studies abroad. Our graduates emerge fully prepared for a variety of roles in the communication field, including PR specialists, media analysts, event managers, strategic planners, and more. They gain proficiency in verbal, non-verbal, and paraverbal communication across diverse scenarios, develop skills in managing PR campaigns and advertising strategies, and learn to employ social research methods effectively in media, public relations, and advertising. Additionally, they acquire mediation skills crucial for crisis and conflict resolution, alongside a nuanced understanding of social media usage for professional purposes. This comprehensive education ensures our alumni are well-equipped for success in the dynamic field of communication sciences.
