The Master's programme in the Art of the Actor offers students a natural transition from the study of the acting profession towards understanding the role of the actor, in the overall context of the theatrical and film phenomenon, as well as experiencing the Art of the Actor in the context of the 21st century theatre performance and film. By delving into different theatrical styles (theatre of the absurd, dance theatre, musical theatre, commedia dell'arte, epic theater, etc.) the graduate of the Master's in the Art of the Actor will be able to face any challenges he will encounter in his artistic career. In the framework of the Master's programme, interdisciplinary courses are organized with the Departments of Theatre Directing and Film Directing, in which specific skills are acquired in the field of Theatre and Performing Arts, Film and Media.
