The Cinematography-Photogra phy-Media specialty is a complex educational program, taught in Romanian and Hungarian that lasts three years. The first year of study implies the coverage of fundamental disciplines of the field and beginning with the second year the students will opt, in accordance to their interests and abilities, for of the three routes of specialty: Image for Film and Television, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia: Sound and Editing. The combination of theoretical course with a package of practical workshops offers the chance for a professional qualification in the audiovisual field. The candidates interested in the contemporary cultural phenomena can orient the building of their careers towards one or several of the following professions: cinematographer, cameraman, assistant cinematographer, photojournalist, documentary director, journalist (video journalist, editor), film critic, screenwriter, copywriter, sound designer, editor (digital editing), specialist in cinema and television postproduction.
