Educaţie fizică şi antrenament sportiv

The study programme “Physical Education and Sportive Training” has the task to train specialists in school physical education and sports (high school cycle), for high performance sportive training as well as other areas of formal and non-formal human motion. The objectives of the study programme are: a. Cognitive objectives: to know the specific domain terminology; to know the biological, physiological and social implications of practicing school sports, physical education and sportive training;  to know the most important theories and methods for motor learning/education/improvement; to know the forms, programming planning, tracking and evaluation of physical training and sportive training activities on sport branch; b. Instrumental-operational objectives: to be able for interdisciplinary analysis of various manifestations forms of human motor function; acquire the ability to correlate and creatively apply different knowledge accumulated, in various professional situations; the ability to organize at high levels of efficiency all professional and competition activities.
