Sustainable Use of Agricultural Land

Mission: training specialists in the field of agriculture, able to identify, apply and develop crop technologies, in accordance with the principles of sustainable use of agricultural land and with the efficient and rational capitalization of the soil as an important natural resource.
Main objectives:

• In depth study of specialty knowledge through multidisciplinary integration of theoretical, methodological and practical concepts specific for the sustainable use of agricultural land;
• Identifying and specific applying of modern research methods in the sustainable use of agricultural land;
• Elaborating, implementing and managing sustainable development projects, according to the principles of soil fertility preservation, as a natural resource;

•  agricultural production, consultancy and expertise; 
•  units selling products for phytosanitary treatment, fertilisers, seed material, farm machines, implements and equipment or materials used in the agricultural production process;
•  administration at different levels;
•  units specialized in collecting / processing / capitalizing agricultural products;
•  public and private organizations implementing programs with national and international funding.
