Consumer and Environmental Protection

The program ensures competencies in the application of ISO standards, total quality assurance, consumer and environmental protection; food expertise; drawing up the authorization documentation of specialized laboratories and units in food production; deepening specialized knowledge, developing the ability to identify and locate environmental issues; establishing the interaction of natural and antropic factors and assessing the impact they have on the natural, anthropic and food safety environment.
