Food - Human Nutrition

The program provides skills in identifying, describing and use of specific notions to human nutrition, evaluation of nutrition of products derived from vegetable and animal raw materials, identifying and analyzing nutritional aspects by age groups, recognizing nutritional imbalances and establishing appropriate diets by age group, designing food products adapted to nutritional requirements for different groups of food consumers, management of information systems based on nutritional indicators, applying sanitary legislation.
