Program description

The master program addressed to university graduates who request this form of specialization in order to deepen their knowledge in the field of food safety and biosecurity:

• demonstration of knowledge in food security and safety and expertise in the field of agri-food products;

• demonstrating the ability to implement total quality systems in agri-food product engineering;

• description and design of innovative technologies and installations for agri-food industry;

• evaluation and operation of devices, installations and processes in agri-food industry;

• evaluation and operation of measuring, monitoring and automation systems;

• analyzing and interpreting management, marketing in agri-food activities.
