Consumer and Environmental Protection

The mission of the undergraduate program Consumer and Environmental Protection is to train specialists with a superior technical and scientific training, corresponding to the European level, focused on co-opting the students' interest in concepts, practices and topical solutions in the field of consumer and environmental protection. At the same time, the program aims, through theoretical and practical training, to enable students to enter the job market more quickly.

The aim of the undergraduate program is to provide specific skills and competences for a professional or research career in the food industry.

The major objectives of the Consumer and Environmental Protection specialization are manifold, aiming to develop in students a high level of professional preparation for managing and carrying out specific processes and actions in the field, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
