ACTOR’S ART OF MUSIC-HALL

Established at “Ovidius” University of Constanta, under the Order of the Romanian Ministry of National Education in 2011, the study program Actor’s Art of Music-Hall responds to the need for training highly qualified specialists in performing arts, required by the competitiveness on the national and international labor market. To this end, the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the educational process during the first cycle of university education is continued and improved at the level of the MA academic theatrical education, both through repertoire and specialized theoretical courses. The courses of this MA program play a very complex role from an educational perspective, training and fulfilling the performing and creative personality, meeting the exigencies of the contemporary theatrical culture.
The MA studies in Actor’s Art of Music-Hall last for 2 years (4 semesters), the graduates acquiring the following qualifications: Actor, Lyrical Artist, Actor's art teacher (only with a certificate awarded by the Teacher Training Department, Level II) in high school education, artistic consultant in performing arts.
