The Management of Public Institutions

Master's degree program „The management of public institutions”, prepares specialists of public administration, including the theoretical and practical skills in the field of administrative sciences, also being the basis and foundation for the establishment of new postgraduate programs - eg "Entrepreneurial Culture in public institutions"," Management of public institutions","Management and quality of public services".
Through the disciplines included in the curricula, according to the educational and formal norms in the field, it was created the opportunity for the graduates of the specialization to deal with theoretical and practical-applicative knowledge in order to improve the professional performances in the exercise of the public function, employed in the public institutions / administration authorities (taking part in the executive - managerial activity of the head of the public institution in the context of managerialism in public institutions and the new institutional economy).
A series of disciplines (Organizational Communication, Managerial Psychology, Change Management, Social Psychology) have been introduced in the education system to ensure an adequate development of social competences and an empowerment of teamwork.
