Food Product Engineering

The study program is designed to develop continuous professional and transversal competencies, by identifying, describing and using the appropriate skills, specific to food science and food safety; leading general engineering processes in food industry facilities and equipment; supervision, management, analysis and design of food technologies from raw materials to the final product; management of production, food quality control and marketing processes; management of technologies for highly valorisation of by-products, while ensuring environmental protection.
