The study program’s objectives

Educating experts of the human relations systems and of the process of transformation of European professional spaces, which would allow them to occupy specific jobs in public or private institutions on the labor market (institutions, foundations, business environment).
Molding a European type mentality and culture that would allow the creation of a well-trained professional body of European civil servants.
Transfer of knowledge and development of professional skills required in the field of pre-university education, research, as well as in the administrative one.

Professional skills

Designing and implementing sociological research (collection, processing and analysis of social data) in organizations and communities, cultural research, market studies, etc.
Identifying, analyzing (explaining) and solving social problems and conflicts in organizations and communities.
Diagnosing social/sociological problems and analyzing and applying public and social policies.
Managing social data systems.
Professional and social integration counseling.
Analyzing social communication.
Applying group relationship techniques, empathic abilities of interpersonal communication and taking on specific roles in teamwork.
