Program description

This bachelor program is designed for students who wish to develop their careers in tourism related activities. The main objective is to enable students to create, apply, and evaluate strategies for tourism destinations and organizations whose core business is centred on commerce and services.
The main competences acquired at the completion of this study programme are:
  • Interpret and evaluate tourism as a business system;
  • Identify and assess relationships relative to building tourism capacity, as well the relationships in the value chain related to commerce and services-based organisations;
  • Plan, lead, organize and assess resources for effective operations in commerce, tourism and ser-vices;
  • Develop and evaluate commerce, tourism and services policy and planning initiatives.
