Food Science and Engineering

The study program aims to develop continuous professional and transversal skills, by increasing the efficiency and quality of teaching-learning-assessment activities; increasing the interest of master students for professional development and scientific research by training in educational and research activities (training as members of research teams of grants), continuing studies through the doctoral program; development and modernization of the infrastructure for education and research by attracting funds, projects within the national plan for research, development and international projects; increasing the competitiveness of the Galaţi school in the field of food science and engineering, and the prestige and visibility of the academic community through publications recognized on the mainstream, participation in prestigious events, patents, awards, representations in prestigious professional associations, technology platforms, committees and representative commissions in the field of education and scientific research in higher education.
