Unravel the secrets of nature with physics. Our Bachelor of Physics provides a balanced undergraduate education in foundations of physics, including classical mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and optics, as well as in modern physics such as quantum mechanics, condensed matter, nuclear and particle physics. The programme is designed to develop analytical, laboratory, and computational skills essential for a future career in physics such as scientific research in academia or industry, but also for physics-related domains essential to the development of a modern society (e.g. secondary education, engineering, medicine, or telecommunication). Students are encouraged to explore hands-on research in the faculty, but also in partner institutes and experience inter-university exchanges.
