Medical Biology

This study program aims to provide advanced education in the academic fields of medical biology. Graduates will have the basic qualification as Biologists, according to the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS). Level of qualification: Master Studies – Level 7 NQF (National Qualifications Framework)/EQF (European Qualifications Framework).

The master program activities trains professionals in the fields of medical biology, molecular biology and genetics, biochemistry. The graduates of this master program may be employed as biologists in laboratories of medical analyses or companies with medical output profile. By acquiring the Pedagogical Module, they may work as teachers in any private or public institution. Alternatively, the graduates may choose Ph. D studies, which will enable them to access positions in the academic and scientific institutions.
