Although the field of nutrition, in the practical aspect of nutritional advice, is of increasing interest for the population, in the context determined by the consumer society (wide variety of processed food, mostly unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle), the number of nutrition offices served by specialists with well-founded studies in the field is very small. If in the big cities there are a few such offices (we exclude “nutritionists” with diplomas given by online courses of 1-2 weekends), the rest of the territory is not covered at all.
