In achieving the mission of this master’s programme, integrated with the mission undertaken by UBB of Cluj-Napoca regarding the training of highly qualified experts, the specific objectives are: developing the ability to design, elaborate and implement administrative and managerial strategies and plans; developing the skill of interdisciplinary approach, translating theory into practice and co-operating with specialists in other domains to identify and exploit business opportunities; optimizing decision-making and teamwork skills to operate and manage business efficiently; consolidating the knowledge needed for creating and implementing viable projects.
