Human Resources Management

The main goal of this study programme is to shape professionals, leaders who are passionate about human resources, having skills and competencies that are essential in today’s organisations so as to be able to face both the needs and the challenges of the marketplace. The programme aims at training graduates who are able to become effective strategic partners, organizational experts and agents of change in the field of human resources. Consequently, the programme targets both Human Resources specialists who want to grow and to develop as executive strategic leaders in organisations and university graduates who want to pursue a career in human resources.
