Instructional Designer

This Master Program is part of the curricular offer of the Department of Human Sciences Didactics of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences and represents a unique educational offer in the field of master programs in the country. The courses are designed to train specialists in education and in professional training of different groups. It is a program that is based on the National Academic standards (ARACIS) and it is officially certified. The qualification of instructional designer is very sought in the E.U. labor market. This thing facilitates the insertion of the graduates on the national, European and international labor market. Thus, this master program aims the formation and development of the required competencies of the specialists in education. Based on the competences developed by this program, graduates will be able to either quickly insert themselves on the job market (working as teachers, coordinators of educational programs, specialists in resources centers, specialists in the educational field in different public or private institutions, providers of teacher training under different forms) or to continue their education and training with doctoral programs.
