Proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014 – 2020
The Master's program Strategies for Effective Learning has been developed and is operated by the Institute of Pedagogy and Applied Didactics as a central element of the three-step training of Bologna-type. The four-semester course, accredited by the Romanian Quality Assurance Commission in 2015, is open to students with a BA degree in the fields of education, psychology, special education and other related sciences. Through the strong pedagogical attachment of the training, it provides further training for professionals who want to immerse themselves in the process of learning-teaching. A knowledge-based society requires that knowledge be accessible to all at all ages and that the personal conditions for learning allow experiential, effective and enjoyable learning. One of the key elements of a positive attitude towards organized learning is that the person feels able to acquire the knowledge, feels motivated to do so, and has strategies to actually learn to learn. Our training offer aims to provide professional support to educators by introducing them to modern methods and strategies that make learning a pleasurable and useful activity for both the student and the teacher.
