Program description

This LLM program is addressed to young professionals (attorneys-at-law, insolvency practitioners and notaries) who want to deepen their knowledge, and improve their skills while aiming to develop their carriers using international and comparative law.

 The programme offers topics such as: Comparative company law and corporate governance, European competition law, Perspectives of European social law, Comparative civil procedure and current issues of European tax law and developments of international torts law, Comparative property law etc. The programme is conceived on modules held in English by both Romanian and foreign lecturers.
