Proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014 – 2020
The master’s degree field which the study program belongs to is Industrial Engineering and the duration of studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). The program operates under the coordination of the Scientific Research Centre for Renewable Energy Systems and Recycling, and it is structured into three study paths that have several common courses in the 1st year, sem. I (Advanced design in engineering, Eco-design, etc.); starting with sem. II, the three study paths mostly have specific courses: Product design; Design and Management of Renewable Energy Systems; Design of Environmental Processes and Risk Assessment.
In the second study year, students can additionally choose to attend one of the two scientific research paths:
- Design and Optimization of Renewable Energy Systems which provides the framework for developing skills in the conception, design, virtual prototyping and development of renewable energy conversion systems, in particular solar energy conversion systems.
- Advanced Materials for Energy and Environment where the courses focus on the development of advanced materials for energy and the environment (e. g. opto-electronic materials) and health.
