Arbitrajul international/International arbitration

The International Arbitration LLM programme is an English-taught programme that analyses both the Romanian procedural framework and the international regulations and rules of procedure applicable in a wide variety of business areas, benefitting from the valuable contribution of numerous professors who are also arbitration specialists. Students have direct access to extensive and practical knowledge in one of the most important legal procedures used worldwide for dispute resolution. The programme seeks to analyse the numerous problems posed by international arbitration in a variety of fields (commercial contracts, investments, constructions, intellectual property and even sport) by offering the necessary knowledge at a superior level.
