Food Products Control and Expertise

The study program is designed to develop continuous professional and transversal competencies, by identifying, describing and using the appropriate skills, specific to food science and food safety, managing of engineering processes in food industry; supervision, management, analysis and design of food technologies from raw materials to final product; designing, implementation and monitoring of quality and food safety management systems; control and expertise of food products, including consumer protection; management and marketing activities on the agri-food chain.

The employment opportunities are: food quality and safety auditor; quality analyst; food engineer; food engineer designer; advisor; expert; inspector; Researcher in agricultural product processing technology; teacher in high school, post-high school, and vocational education; extrajudicial technical expert.
