The mission of this master's program is to train school counselors for teachers career counseling - pre-university and university education. The MA trains and develops future and current professional-practitioners in counselling skills to support the balanced development of personality development of children, pupils and students, in preparing them for life and career choices, increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. It aims, at the same time, to extend the professional expertise of educational managers and teachers by developing their educational and career counselling and advisory skills and, in the same time, to strengthen the expertise of specialists in human resources and human resources management.
