Program description

The mission of this MA is to form the highest professional trainers for the public and private sectors who will contribute at improving the quality of the training and development of human resources in organisations.

The specific objectives of this MA are:

To develop specific competences related to the professional trainer status;

To develop the skills derived from the competence profile of the trainer defined by the legislation in force: organizer, facilitator, evaluator of training programs, etc;

development/consolidation of transversal competences useful for flexibly exercising the trainer's position in different contexts, specific to different socio-professional environments (education system, private sector etc);
