The MA ensures communication with professionals in the field of education that can facilitate optimal performance in any profession. The program provides support for the different categories of professionals in order to optimize results and career success. Learners will become familiar with effective ways of using intervention styles, communication techniques, leadership, communication strategies and team building strategies, etc. A multidisciplinary team will provide current topics in areas such as e-learning, coaching and professional training.
