Mentoratul în educație

This Master's program aims to put into practice the intention to train teachers - mentors - with a thorough scientific training, coupled with a very good psycho-pedagogical, methodological form of teaching, leading, monitoring, evaluating and managing the pedagogical/professional practice of students and pupils. Also to coordinate the career development of newcomers to the educational process and teaching, helping them to define their professional identity.
