Food Products Control and Expertise

The mission of this program is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of food production control, both plant and animal, in order to respect the quality of food products, as well as food safety, to prevent human illness. Graduates of the program also make an important contribution to the development of institutions in accordance with the performance and quality criteria for food products imposed by

The main specific objectives of the Food Control and Expertise study program are

the following:

- Identification, description and appropriate use of concepts specific to food science and food safety;

- Supervision, management, analysis and design of food technologies from raw materials to finished product;

- Monitoring food safety and quality management systems;

- Control and expertise of food products including consumer protection;

- Performing management and marketing activities in the agri-food chain;
