Proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014 – 2020
The mission of this master’s program is to offer students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in criminal law and related fields. In a society facing increasingly complex criminal challenges, the program equips students with both theoretical and practical tools for professional activity: understanding the criminal phenomenon, identifying its causes, interpreting incriminations, applying investigative methods, and navigating applicable legal regulations.Alongside advanced academic study, the program emphasizes practical experience through courses like "Practice in the Legal Professions," aiming to develop the professional and transversal skills needed for quick integration into the labor market. The curriculum continues the study of criminal sciences at a higher level, incorporating comparative legal perspectives and focusing on the harmonization of Romanian criminal law with EU legislation. Students also explore adjacent fields such as juvenile delinquency, cross-border and organized crime, and victim protection within national and European contexts.
