This study program provides graduates with a strong foundation for entering attractive careers in Romanian and European public administration, within a comprehensive system of initial and continuous training for all staff categories. Master’s students benefit from personalized support tailored to their career paths. The interdisciplinary nature of the program also opens access to administrative positions in the private sector. Additionally, Romania’s EU membership offers increased opportunities in European public institutions. The Faculty of Law aims to produce graduates—at both bachelor’s and master’s levels—who possess the intellectual, cultural-political, and professional skills needed to understand and act within the realities of contemporary public life and the evolving European and global administrative landscape. The program’s goal is to train professionals capable of contributing to public policy development and management, international relations, private sector administration, intercultural communication, and the promotion of community, national, or corporate identity.
