Engineering and Management in Food Service and Agri-Tourism

The mission of the Engineering and Management of Agricultural Business program is to train specialists in managing issues related to: the economy of agricultural production; economy and development of rural area; business and management administration; the of market agro-food products; financing of agricultural production and rural development. The objectives of the study program follow:
• application of fundamental, theoretical and practical knowledge, of engineering for conducting calculations, demonstrations and applications in activities specific to the field of engineering and management;
• designing and implementation of specific tasks related to the field of engineering and management integrated with the computer;
• elaboration of policies and functional strategies regarding the development and financing of economic activities from rural area of medium complexity;
• planning, designing, programming and management of medium complexity processes and their technical and economic assessment;
• managing of medium complexity production units and of those of supply and outlet;
• counseling, professional counseling and integration on the agro-food line.
