Food Engineering TIMIŞOARA

The program provides knowledge and skills in the field and in food-engineering related fields:

• identification, description and appropriate use of specific notions of food science and food safety;

• conducting general engineering processes, operating facilities and equipment in food industry;

• leading, analysing and designing food technologies from raw materials to the finite product;

• design, implementation and monitoring of quality and safety management systems;

• quality control of food products, including consumer protection;

• management and marketing activities on the food chain.
