Modern Language and Literature - Romanian Language and Literature

This study program integrates in the undergraduate field of Language and Literature and has a duration of 3 years (180 ECTS credits). The course and seminar activities focus on understanding and explaining the grammatical system of English and French / German / Romanian from a traditional and generative-transformational perspective; critical analysis of literary theories and currents (Renaissance, Classicism, Romanticism); the use of the basic lexicon of English, French, German, Romanian in written and oral communication, in a variety of situations; analysis of linguistic and literary structures; documentation and use of information sources.

Perspectives after graduation: English / French / German / Romanian language teachers in secondary education; literary secretaries; publishers; editors; translators / interpreters.
