Human Resources

The Human Resources study program is included in the field of Sociology. The duration of studies is 3 years (180 ECTS credits). The program forms the skills necessary to understand the processes of organizations and organizational behavior in order to successfully address jobs and careers dedicated to the development of social and human capital and human resource management. Students acquire skills in human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection, staff integration, job performance evaluation, reward management, human resource motivation, employee development, staff management.

Perspectives after graduation: The most obvious occupational field is that of man resource management, represented by expert/specialist jobs: human resources specialist, advisor, trainer, trainer, human resources analyst, etc. Graduates can develop their careers in companies/institutions/NGOs or in specialized companies, which provide services in the field of human resource management and development: recruitment, selection and placement agencies; training and instructional service providers; consulting providers in organizational development, diagnosis and analysis of organizational culture, etc.
