Program description

This is the only BA programme in Diplomacy in Business, in Romania.  

Graduates will gain strong social and negotiation skills and develop civic and organisational behaviour through models of best practice in Diplomacy in Business, understanding the requirements of negotiation/protocol and etiquette in Diplomacy in Business, theoretical and practical knowledge in public and cultural diplomacy. 

The student/graduate will be able to:  

  • mediate conflict resolution in order to streamline business negotiation processes    
  • employ protocol and etiquette in business and diplomatic communication  
  • develop national and international institutional partnerships with entities activating in the economic and social environment  
  • elaborate strategic documents and forecasts aiming to improve the potential of cross-sector collaborations between institutions  
  • implement digital economy solutions in developing business partnerships  
  • create marketing strategies for the economic growth of a company
