Special Psychopedagogy

The undergraduate field in which the study program integrates is Educational Sciences. The duration of studies is 3 years (180 ECTS). Through the diversity of disciplines offered students, the program aims to train and develop the basic skills of the specialist in Special Psychopedagogy in accordance with the expectations of contemporary society. Graduate will possess the following skills: complex assessment and specific psycho-pedagogical intervention for children, young people and adults with special educational needs; designing educational programs adapted for various levels and target groups; counselling, guidance and psycho-pedagogical assistance of various categories of people / educational groups; facilitating the school, professional and social inclusion of people with special educational needs.

Perspectives after graduation: psychopedagogue, speech therapist, school counsellor, teacher in special education, research assistant in special psychopedagogy, professor of socio-human sciences in secondary education, in various special and inclusive educational institutions, NGOs and institutions carrying out activities with and for people with disabilities.
