Can I work while I study? 

Yes. International students in Romania do not require a work permit as long as they hold a residence permit for studying in the country. Students are allowed to work four hours / day with no work permit.

If I find a part-time job, do I need a work permit or can I work with my student residence permit?

You are allowed to work without having a work permit, simply based on the student residence permit, whether you are a EU or a non-EU student. For more details, please the see Working in Romania section of this website.
 

How can I find a job in Romania?

You may search for a job through career fairs, info desks at universities, students associations, websites, friends, classmates and local students or you can submit your CV directly to the companies you're interested in. The most accessed companies are the Outsourcing Companies / Call Centres who need employees with different nationality such as French, German, Italian, English etc.
