Visa applications can only be submitted to the diplomatic missions and consular posts of Romania abroad (present in the country of your origins), once you have been granted the letter of acceptance by the Ministry of Education.

Due to the high number of applications received, the results for the scholarship programme offered by the Romanian state through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be announced by the end of August.
